Required notice elements
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material on RVids.com that is claimed infringing, with sufficient detail (URL(s)) to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore material after the statutory period unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
